Apartments for rent The following is a list of apartments that I have access to through my on line reservation system. Some have air conditioning if you are planning an August trip. 10, rue Simon le Franc 75004 This well appointed, 35 m2 (385 square feet), non-smoking, one-bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of le Marais area. One subway station is located by "Rambuteau" metro station. This apartment is quiet and bright with 2 small balconies. It comfortably sleeps two guest in a French queen-size in the bedroom, and up to two additional guest on a sofa bed in the living room... cable TV French and English, a stereo/CD player, and a telephone/fax/answering machine.
262, rue Saint-Honoré 75001 This beautiful small studio is located in Paris, less than one-minute walking distance from Le Louvre, and less than 2 minutes distance from the Champs-Élysées. It can hold comfortably two guests in a queen-size bed (Murphy bed) in the main room. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a traditional Parisian building, and is accessible by stairs only.
262, rue Saint-Honoré 75001 This beautiful small studio is located in Paris, less than one-minute walking distance from Le Louvre, and less than 2 minutes distance from the Place de la Concorde. It can comfortably hold two guests in a queen-size bed (Murphy bed) in the main room. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a traditional Parisian building, and is accessible by stairs only.
7, rue du Vertbois 75003 Apartment is located in Paris' 3rd arrondissement (Les Arts et Métiers), This charming non-smoking apartment, fully renovated in November 2004, measures 32 sq m and is housed on the third floor of a traditional Parisian building without lift. The apartment can host up to 3 people and is composed of a living room with fireplace, a sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The living room is equipped with desk, direct dial phone, DVD/CD player, sofa bed for two persons, color TV (with French and English channels) and ironing facilities.
13, rue Rambuteau 75004 ...This penthouse apartment is located in Paris' 4th arrondissement (Le Marais/Beaubourg)....The apartment is extremely quiet and bright, and it enjoys triple sun exposition. Fully renovated in 2004, it is housed on the 6th floor of a beautiful building with lift.... The apartment measures 60 sq m and can host up to 4 persons. It is composed of 2 double bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for one person, sofas, desk, direct dial phone, ADSL Internet connection (with possibility to rent a PC), DVD/CD player, cable TV (with French and English channels) and ironing facilities, etc.
16bis, rue Michel Lecomte 75003 The apartment is located in Paris' 3rd arrondissement (Le Marais/Beaubourg)...The apartment measures 30 sq m and can host up to 3 persons. It is composed of a main room with sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The main room features two sofas and a big coffee table, direct dial phone, ADSL Internet connection (with possibility to rent a PC), fax machine, DVD/CD player, cable TV (with French and English channels) as well as ironing facilities, etc.
20, rue des Vertus 75003 A charming non-smoking studio measuring 24 sq m and enjoying a central situation in Paris' Marais neighborhood. It is housed on the second floor (no lift available) of a typical Parisian building overlooking a quiet, sunny courtyard. The studio can host up to 2 people and is composed of a main room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The main room is equipped with two leather armchairs, a queen size bed, a small table, direct dial telephone, ADSL Internet access (a PC can be rented), DVD player, cable flat screen TV, fax, ironing facilities and fan. Baby cots are available upon advanced booking.
35, rue de Montmorency 75003 This air-conditioned 41 sq m non-smoking, one-bedroom apartment can hold comfortably 4 persons: 2 guests in a queen-size bed in the bedroom, and up to two additional guests on a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is situated on the third floor of a traditional Parisian building, and is accessible by stairs. The living room has a luxurious double sofa bed, a dining table, bar, TV + DVD player with videos, a stereo/CD player, and a telephone/fax/answering machine.
7-9 rue Aubriot 75004 This bright, quiet and well-appointed small one bedroom apartment is is situated on the American third floor of a traditional Parisian 17th century building, with beautiful exterior stonewalls and genuine interior wooden beams. The one bedroom apartment can hold two guests in a queen-size bed in the bedroom, and up to one additional guest (or two kids) on a sofa bed in the living room. The air-conditioned apartment features 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom.
38 rue du Temple 75004 This charming, quiet and well-appointed studio is situated in the heart of Paris, in the Marais district. The studio is non smoking and 19 sq m big. It features 1 living/sleeping room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. The main room has a writing desk, two chairs, French and English cable TV, a telephone answering machine, a queen size bed for 2 persons.
10, rue des Haudriettes 75003 This well appointed, 19 m2 (208.54 square feet), non-smoking, studio is situated in the Le Marais area. It comfortably sleeps two guests in a queen-size bed in the main room. The apartment is situated on the third floor of a traditional Parisian building, and is accessible by stairs only. The main room has a writing desk, 2 armchairs, French and English cable TV, a stereo/CD player, and a telephone/ADSL.
