entirely wheelchair accessible. The main circuit of the visit has no stairs.
At the end of the circuit there is a purpose built lift. CineAqua welcomes
guide dogs.
Cloakroom
A free cloakroom
facility is available to all visitors. Pushchairs and buggies may be left in
the cloakroom or taken on the visit.
Toilets

located in the lobby outside the Aquastudio next to the touch pool
Please note
No flash
photography : many of our fish are very sensitive to light.
Do not bring any animals, other than guide dogs, into the building.
No food or drink inside the building. Please consume any food you buy from
café Petit Jules at the tables provided.
Do not tap the glass or put your hands in open tanks, unless specifically
permitted, as this can be very distressing for the fish.
If there is a performance going on in the Aquastudio, please be respectful
of the audience and performers, and pass through quietly.
