THE
CLAUDE MONET FOUNDATION AT GIVERNY
The
Foundation's website provides the history and background for the Clos
Normand, the Water Garden, the Japanese Prints, Claude Monet, himself, a
colorful layout of the property with all of the highlights and parking
and access, and all of the practical information: address, entrance fees,
access with the train or by car, opening times, restaurants and other
helpful links.

Reminder
The Claude Monet Foundation is closed from November 1 to March 31.
However our
offices remain open from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (except weekends) for
information and group reservations (for the following season).

From Vernon train station you have several means of transport:
Bus (line 240 - Vernon <> Giverny)
Local bus service, leaving Vernon train station about 15 minutes after the
arrival of train from Paris.
Taxis
Bike rental
Car rental
And, for the more energetic, walking-taking into account a distance
of 5 kms between Vernon station and the Claude Monet Foundation.
Open exceptionally bank-holiday mondays during this period.
We regret to inform that dogs are forbidden in the foundation.
No picnics are allowed.
We remind you that booking is not possible for individual visitors.

This Restaurant serves cold and hot food throughout the day.
