Piscine Keller
The Keller swimming pool, nestling between the Beaugrenelle tower blocks
in the 15th arrondissement, reopen 2007.
The Paris City Council bought the
area from the Post Office in 2002 to the delight of keen swimmers and
families. And amongst the 40 swimming pools throughout the capital,
there are few which offer a 50-metrelong pool with an opening roof for
fine weather! The pool will enchant visitors, whether they are there to
clock up a few lengths or soak up the sun.
Closed for work, the venue has been
totally restructured. The technical installations have all been brought
up to date and there is a reception for the public. The pool is now also
accessible to disabled persons.
