Airports In Paris
The two main airports in Paris are Roissy-Charles de Gaulle and Orly, both are managed by ADP. Aéroports de Paris (ADP) (in English) provides Flights, Timetable and Airline information, Access and Car Parks, Procedures and Practical Information, Shopping and Services. Choose which airport you will be using on ADP page.
Your airline is listed on the ADP Airlines and their terminals page . For example, click on “I” and Icelandair departs and lands in Terminal 1. Click on “A” and American Airlines lands and departs from Terminal 2A.
Airport (ADP) Practical Services
When meeting other passengers or transferring between terminals look for the detailed information located on the ADP Guide for Connection Flights page. Meeting someone at Terminal 5, Michaela suggests the McDonalds.
RATP travel directions (in English) provides time estimates and precise instructions. Type in your starting point and destination. The result will show distance and directions. Using the example, “Roissy” to “Bastille”, the next page uses symbols for instructions (RER, Metro sign-M-, figure walking, BUS, etc.) and a map.
The RATP Tourist page (in English) has four options: Discovering Paris, Traveling, Access to the Airports, Preparing your Journey, Roissybus and Customer Care.
Roissy-Charles de Gaulle Ticket Office
Buy a ticket on the RER B into Paris at the train office if your credit card has no smart chip.
The office is located below the HSBC bank and the Sheraton Hotel, Terminal 2, which is above the train station. The SNCF ticket counter/office is open between 06:15 and 22:40 seven days a week.
