The Colleen’s Paris Web site provides general information for your real and virtual visit to Paris!

I do this to share my experiences with you whether you are a return visitor or this is your first time in the City. Having lived in Paris since 1992 and working on Colleen’s Paris since 2002, hopefully, what I know and continue to learn about Paris will help you.

Obtaining Information

Colleen’s Paris   is about current events in Paris, for example exhibitions, advice on lost phones or gloves, Christmas in Paris, music, or just a pot-pourri of tips.

Some French sites to which I link can be read in English using Google Translate.

Paris is part of the Ile-de-France department (like a state in the USA). It’s regional number is 75. If you are going to visit or stay in the Bastille area, the Address reads “75011”. That means Paris in the eleventh arrondissement.
