    Gare de Bercy Is Not Gare de Lyon

    Two train stations very close to one another can be easily confusing the first time around. Whether your station (gare) is Paris-Bercy or Paris-Lyon depends on whether your train is a night train or a day train, if you are taking your car with you, if you are traveling to Italy or one of three particular French destinations.     Métro platform doors on Line 1

    Between April 12 to June 15, 2010 and the hours 10 p.m. and approximately 5:30 a.m., service will be interrupted on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday between Châtelet and Nation.  Service will be normal on Friday and Saturday nights. Use connections on other lines for Châtelet, Hôtel de Ville, Saint Paul, Bastille, Gare de Lyon, Reuilly-Diderot, and Nation. The Bastille Line 1 station will be closed completely June 11-13.
